Social Specialist Accounts Manager (Hybrid)

Role Overview

We're looking for someone who is interested and experienced in social media, influencer engagement and media activations, and can provide a stellar client service experience; while having a keen eye and understanding for what makes killer social content.

This role will be part-accounts manager, and part video producer and mobile shooter; helping to plan and execute key social content, with the backing and support of a dedicated video and creative team, and a content strategist.

This role will require you to have a problem-solving mentality, be collaborative and consultative, display patient and be knowledgeable in a wide range of digital and social platforms and the general KOL landscape in Singapore (regional knowledge would be a bonus).

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Account Director and Account Manager in conceptualising and consulting with clients on digital campaign strategies, while assisting the content and creative team to be the on-ground talent and producer for simple social shoots.
  • Work with a passionate team of designers, copywriters, and website Developers, and being able to effectively manage and organise files and assets, to keep track of versioning.
  • Plan, execute, monitor and optimise social media channels’ campaigns to achieve business objectives, ensuring budgets are tracked and spent efficiently.
  • Perform data analysis and provide thought leadership based on consumer insights where relevant, providing analytics & recommendations with insights, data, metrics through monthly and quarterly social media reports & audits - both interim and post-campaign. Digital ad ops including ad trafficking, review of creative assets and tagging of necessary partners and organising relevant integrations.
  • Assist the business development team to conduct professional and high-impact presentations to clients. Project manage as well as execute digital marketing deliverables to ensure quality standards, client expectations and deadlines are met.
  • Remain constantly updated with company capabilities and services, and upgrade your knowledge of digital marketing solutions so as to effectively communicate all offerings to the client.
  • Ensure that client issues/queries are dealt with in an efficient and effective manner. Identify upsell opportunities within your portfolio of clients, and work with the sales team to increase clients’ adoption of our services. Retain clients with contract renewals.
Qualifications & Expectations
  • Fluency in written English and communication skills.
  • Prior, proven experience in Communications/Advertising will be a great advantage. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Proven experience in video and content production processes.
  • Other required skill(s): account servicing, building rapport, social media advertising, influencer engagement, event coordination, presentation skills.
